      Grilled Salmon with EVOO & Herbs

      Benefits: Omega-3s from salmon + antioxidants from EVOO = anti-inflammatory power.

      Ingredients:

      2 salmon fillets

      2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

      1 tsp dried oregano

      1 garlic clove, minced

      Salt & pepper to taste

      How to Make It:

      Rub salmon with EVOO, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.

      Grill for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.

      Serve with a fresh lemon wedge.
