      Traditional Tabouleh Salad

      Benefits: Packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, great for digestion and heart health.

      Ingredients:

      • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
      • ½ cup cooked bulgur wheat
      • 1 small tomato, diced
      • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
      • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
      • 1 garlic clove, minced
      • Salt & pepper to taste

      How to Make It:

      1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
      2. Let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to blend.
      3. Serve as a refreshing side dish.
